The builder who turned the job application into a swipe.
Leonardo Zussner builds Neobotic Studio, a stealth company making custom AI automation for sales teams, and holds an AI Business Fellowship at Perplexity. He came up as a student founder in Glasgow, building Bobbll — a swipe-to-apply job app — from scratch to 60K+ candidates and a London Tech Week Top 10, then scaling Jobvibe to 33+ hospitality clients. Trilingual and schooled in Vienna, he once analysed US trade policy at the Austrian Embassy in Washington.

In 2025 Leonardo pointed everything at AI. He founded Neobotic Studio to build custom AI automation for sales functions, and joined Perplexity's AI Business Fellowship, learning directly from Jensen Huang, Ali Ghodsi and Aaron Levie. The learning and the building are two halves of one pivot.
“If you're building something AI-powered, digital, B2C or B2B2C and you're still under that ~$1M ARR mark, let's chat.”
Moving to London in 2022, Leonardo co-founded Jobvibe and scaled the employer-branding platform from 0→1 to 33+ hospitality clients during Covid. Around it he compounded a network — a UAL UX master's, EWOR's venture-scout role, and Zinc's health-and-climate venture building — validating concepts at speed.
“Zinc VC was a crash course in venture creation, building in health + climate, validating multiple concepts at speed, and co-creating with world-class founders.”
While finishing his economics degree at Glasgow, Leonardo co-founded Bobbll with Vanja Popovic and built it from scratch across iOS, Android and web — 'the tinder of recruitment'. In parallel he took his first paid UX role at Finance Trainer, redesigning the i28 ALM platform, and began a UX master's at UAL.
“It is really a frictionless recruitment experience for students by students.”
Schooled in Vienna and trilingual, Leonardo studied economics at Glasgow while climbing three years of office in the Adam Smith Economics Society — from first-year rep to President of a 300-member body. A 2018 stint analysing US economic policy at the Austrian Embassy in Washington gave him the systems view he later brought to product.
