He helps early-stage companies build their growth and AI GTM infrastructure and the exceptional teams behind it.
Matias Honorato co-founded Tacttus, a forward-deployed AI growth advisory, after two years as Thatch's founding growth hire, where he took ARR from zero to $13M+ and built the growth team. Before that he spent a decade in growth — Tally, Axelar, Earnest, Beetrack — and founded a photo app in Santiago at 23. Today he also roasts specialty coffee at Bioma Coffee.

As Thatch's founding growth hire, Matias took ARR from zero to $10M+ in two years, pioneering Answer Engine Optimization to earn weekly ChatGPT and Perplexity citations. He then co-founded Tacttus with Andrea Perez, productizing four AI GTM workflows defended by hard numbers — under $1 per call analysis, 95% of lead research automated. On the side he co-owns Bioma Coffee and builds RoastFlow.
“The best time to implement AI GTM workflows was a year ago. The second best time is now.”
Over four-plus years at Tally, Matias climbed from Growth Manager to Associate Director, building product-led growth loops, a referral program, onboarding A/B tests, and lifecycle systems with Bruno Wong. He then led growth at Axelar, a Web3 cross-chain network later acquired by Circle, translating his frameworks from Web2 to Web3.
After SlidePick, Matias built Beetrack's inbound engine solo, expanding into México and Perú and cutting CAC by 70%. The Tradecraft immersion then brought him to San Francisco, where he ran acquisition marketing at Earnest on a multi-million-dollar budget, growing qualified accounts by roughly 100% and loan origination by roughly 200%.
At 23, Matias co-founded SlidePick, a photo-organizing app modeled on how the brain filters information, advised by neuroscientists Jaime and Pablo Lavados. He validated it through BOMBAcamp with 100+ personal interviews and thousands of survey respondents, and asked out loud who said a Chilean startup could not be worth a billion dollars. His Bodyguards venture won Best UAI Business Project.
