1. Scope

2. What We Collect

Information you provide, including account details, content you upload or connect, and communications with us. Publicly available information about you and your work. Information about your use of the Services, including your interactions with your Aster, device and log data, and cookie identifiers. Information others on the network provide about their interactions with you. Inferences we draw about you and your work.

Do not send us government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, information about your race, religion, political views, sexual orientation, or criminal history, or anyone else's confidential information.

3. How We Use It

To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including building your representation, operating your Aster, connecting you with people and opportunities, and developing our models; to secure the Services, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law; and to communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who We Share With

Your published profile is public, and we may show it, and what your Aster says about you, to anyone, on or off the network. We share information with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it to the same or equal standard as this policy; as required by law or to establish or defend legal claims; and with a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for authentication and security, and analytics cookies where permitted. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide a portable copy, and you may limit our use of sensitive personal information. Write to support@asterhq.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. An authorized agent may act for you with proof of authority. If we deny a request, you may appeal by writing to the same address.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims. When you delete your account, we delete what you provided and your conversations with your Aster, and we may retain other information, including publicly available information and other members' records of conversations in which you appear.

8. Security

We maintain safeguards appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Voice

If we offer voice features, we will ask for your separate consent and publish a retention schedule before collecting any recording or voiceprint.

10. People Who Have Not Joined

Nightsky is invite-only. We prepare draft profiles of people in the field from publicly available information, may show an organization on the network what we have found about you, and may invite you to join. A draft is not published until you join. To see it, have it deleted, or not be contacted, write to support@asterhq.com.

Information about people who use the platform on behalf of an organization is handled under our agreement with that organization.

11. Children

The Services are for people 18 and over.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect.
